Optimum Feed Rate= between 3 and 4.5
faster speeds result in a choppy cut, slower ones leave too much melted green residue behind at the beginning and end of cuts
Cutting notes
- The nameplate plastic melts during cutting and must be removed from but before it hardens
- At speeds of about 4 it will string up and fly off
- The thin clear plastic film should be left on the piece during cutting to prevent the thin edges of green plastic from being chipped during the cut
